• Account Data: Name, email address, billing information, and calendar integrations.

• Meeting Data: Audio and video streams, meeting transcripts, speaker diarization metadata, and AI-generated summaries.

• Usage Data: Diagnostic data, IP addresses, and interaction metrics with our application.

3. How We Use Your Data & AI Training

Your data is used strictly to provide the core services of Rania AI (transcription, summarization, and action item extraction).
Crucial AI Commitment: We do NOT use your private meeting audio, transcripts, or company data to train our foundational or public AI models. Your data belongs to you.

4. Data Security & Compliance

We implement industry-leading security protocols. All data is encrypted at rest using AES-256 and in transit using TLS 1.3. Rania AI operates in compliance with SOC2 Type II standards and GDPR requirements.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

You maintain full control over your meeting data. You can delete individual transcripts or your entire account at any time. Once deleted, the data is permanently removed from our active servers within 30 days and cannot be recovered.
