By accessing and using the services provided by Rania AI ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our AI transcription and meeting assistant platform.

2. License and Acceptable Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our platform. You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble our AI models or software.

• Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

• Record or transcribe individuals without obtaining their explicit consent as required by your local laws.

3. User Responsibilities & Consent

As a user of Rania AI, you are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable recording laws (such as two-party consent laws). Rania AI provides the tools to record and transcribe, but it is your obligation to notify meeting participants that they are being recorded by an AI assistant.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Rania AI be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of the service.

5. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the service following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
